Clean hotel with amazing friendly staff. The queen room in the breakfast, facilities worked for us. Had central heating, TV set and a microwave oven. Good and magnificent location, near Bakerview Church Library. Just off liquor store as well as Ricky's restaurant across the street. Honestly no complains at all.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were pleasant, location was unbeatable close to all amenities. Overall it was bright and cool on the second level. Location: the venue was just next door to the airport and Abbotsford and liquor store.

I was welcomed by a persistent, foul odor. The room felt unclean, with unwashed floors and a leaking fridge that was addressed with nothing more than a towel. The baseboard had hand stains and I was left feeling uneasy about the overall cleanliness of the sheets.

The Superior Queen Room was beautifully renovated with a fine bathroom and an amazing shower with double heads. I appreciated the hard-working staff who were quick to bring extra supplies when needed, and the cozy atmosphere. The convenient parking right at the entrance was also a plus!

The newly renovated bathroom was a highlight, especially the unique shower with double heads. The friendly staff even helped out when I misplaced my charger.
My kids wished for more hooks to hang their jackets.

I would think you would realize more business if you paid more attention to your grounds and simple maintenance Issues. If I had not chosen your location by Internet; but rather had driven by, I would have passed up this motel based on it's outward appearance. Sincerely Bruce cg Gallagher
Also my front window was insecure
